I am a child Development Major, and I can't tell you where to go, because I live in MN, butI can give you tips.

  First, if there is a montesori place, those are always great!  

Ask for their philosophies, and read about their values.  I also, personally like "in home" vs "a center".  At an in home place, you are placing your child with someone who has a passion for children.  At a center you will often find that there are under paid young people, who are there, just to hae a job.  Your child's needs and interests are often over looked.

  I hope you find a loving environment.  Just make sure you pick out a couple good places, and ask to come and just visit for a day.  you can see how the teachers and staff interact with the children, before you put your child there!

If you are in Pune India then I would only suggest a couple of schools. One of the best choices for schools are the ones that contain central syllabus. Lions School is one of them. Rotary School also is very good. State syllabus schools I would avoid very much because when a new politician comes into power in the state government they will just alter the syllabus as they see fit. Three choices

1. Rotary School

2. Lions School

3. Any school with Central Syllabus

The Bishop's School in Pune is only boys school and is ICSE Pattern. You can keep him there till his tenth. ICSE pattern helps a lot. I am studying in St.Helena's School,Pune which is also ICSE.The forms for Bishop's must be there by now. Hurry!
