please im looking for my relatives, my mums side she said she got heaps of relatives, but she don't know there phone number and there address

Look to your relatives for more clues. Ask them for names and locations, if they remember.  If not, start with your mother's birth certificate for her parents names. Build on the information you get.

The best resource is those family members that are living and remember, even a small clue.  They may remember some of the relatives attending your mom and dad's wedding, or a funeral or just stopping by.

Ask questions of everyone you can.
