i need really good ideas to find a good employer , ive tried yahoo,craigslist,worknet and ect....please provide me with good employers that are seeking employees, please provide web address and sites and ideas of good path to take..

this is my favorite job hunting site http://www.indeed.com  it grabs from many sources, including monster and career builder, but you don't get the spammers like you do with the bigger names.  Good luck.
