Try speaking to your local train operating company's ticket office or their customer services department. I have attached a weblink that lists all the train operating companies in the UK:

If they cannot help then no one can (unless they have had a fine)

It could be CAPITA.

They do lots of similar stuff for councils etc.

But, you could just ask (via web search) the train company couldn't you ?
