Im looking to buy a house that may be haunted?!?

my husband and i are in the market for a new home and we have found an absolutely beautiful home ( it is a fixer upper) for a great price. it is a foreclosure. We talked to the neighbors today and they told us that the family was fighting alot and the two owners in a divorce.

later the wife was living alone in the house and just turned up dead one day.

i would like to know where i could find out HOW she died. i read the obituary and it said she passed away suddenly..

i have also heard that you may have no problems with ghosts until you start remodeling the home?

and something a little scary.. in the kitchen the molding was in the process of being painted and theres just a place where it totally cuts off.

what would you do?

do you think it is haunted? or could be?

its all in your head. ghosts dont exist. just forget the hype and buy the house. if you cant get over it then find another home.

Not enough to go on to suggest paranormal activity. Anyone can drop off dead without any ghost involved. People do every day and  my mom was one of those people. She had an anneurism. Most likely the woman was fighting a lot with her husband which led to the divorce and the stress of the whole thing could have produced a heart attack or stroke-particularly if her cholesterol and blood pressure were high. You are letting the fact that the property is a fixer upper make your imagination run wild.
