  1. Run a bunch,for 20+ min, and ab exercises.


  2. You have to diet. You also have to work the ab muscles.

    Here are some exercises that work:

    1. Captain's Chair- 3 sets of 15 leg lifts

    2. Long Arm crunches (these work way better than regular crunches)

    3. Kick boxing --1 hour 3 times a week

    For diet,Try this

    Breakfast

    Egg whites, 1 slice wheat toast

    10:30 Am Snack--apple or pear, 3 walnut halves

    Lunch--Huge green salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, vinaigrette dressing, plus skinles chicken, turkey or fish

    3:30 PM Snack--apple or pear, 3 walnut halves

    Dinner--Huge plate of greens (spinach, broccoli, cabbage, kale) plus skinless chicken, turkey or fish

    Drink 8 glasses of water and all the sugar free lemonade you want

  4. The best way to lose fat around the stomach area is by running or jogging or walking. It has been proven scientifically. In order to lose fat also you need to eat less (no food before six hours of sleep!!!). The food you eat has to be healthy, that means non of those fattening junk foods.
