I want to know if someone could give my information on Grants, subsidies, and tax information that i can take advantage of? Any websites?

Check grants.gov for grant info, but not sure if that will be any help (never helped me much, but I keep looking).  Since this is your first I'd look into getting a FHA loan, but any bank can pre-qualify you and tell you all about those.  For tax info, the interest and some mortgage expenses (like points) are tax deductible.  There are other tricks, but thats the biggie.  Best luck.
