If you mean the company, I like Vanguard. I've been dealing with them for about 15 years now. Charles Schwab and T. Rowe Price have similar reputations, similar funds, and are also no-load (no charge). If you mean distribution inside the company (what funds to choose), I've done well with 1) 500 Index Fund - top 500 companies. 2) Asset Allocation Fund - actively managed. 3) Total Stock Market Index Fund - total stock mkt. 4) Growth & Income Fund - actively managed. I've split my IRA investments (Roth, Roll-over, and SEP) 4 ways into these funds, varying the amounts favoring the ones that do best as time goes by. BTW: The Roth is great, but if you happen to have a 401k w/employer matching, that should probably be maxed out first. That would include if you're self-employed and would be known as a SEP.

Don't invest with banks or insurance companies (high fees, mediocre product).

Don't take specific investing suggestions from strangers (you don't know their qualifications or motives).

Take time to learn investing. Read books like;

Mutual Funds For Dummy's

Consider only well know firms to deal with (at first).

Like;

T. Rowe Price

Vanguard

Charles Schwab

Fidelity Brokerage

Stay clear of firms in places like Panama. An example

You would be much better off with an offshore stock brokerage account with www.thalessecurities.com, than a Roth IRA.

Invest in stock symbols: WPP and/or GPGI.

I'd consider doing it at Vanguard.  They have the most reasonable mutual fund fees of anyplace I know.  And their returns rival anyone else's, meaning you come out ahead since you pay less on fees.
