Im losing hope and faith...?

i've been trying for 2 or 3 week's now to lose the fat off the inside of my legs and nothing. i feel terrible, i hate wearing shorts.

i only weigh 135 but my i hate my legs!!

can anyone help me.

  1. I believe so.

    Lie on your back, legs together straight up in the air.  Slowly as possible spread them open towards the floor and slowly as possible close them.

    Do it 12 times, wait 3 minutes and do it again and then wait and do it again.

    You will slowly build up to 20 reps, 3 times.

    The key is to do it slowly.  It will tone and strengthen the inner thigh muscles.

    After my second was born I had to do this to get my legs back.  It really does work do it 3-4 days a week, not right in a row your muscles need a rest period to strengthen.

  2. i feel your pain. i weigh 139 at 5'4 so im basically average weight but my thighs are disgusting. and yea starve yourself lol i mean i did it and i was perfectly fine. do some legs squats or something and one more thing, dont eat carbohydrates. like dont eat any kind of pastas or potatoes, if ur gona eat at all eat fruit or vegitables. and if ur in shape enough, run a mile every day =]
