i consider myself happy but at the same time mad, i guess it matters where im atbut as far as i know im always mad and i feel pressure on my head from being mad (stress?) and i dont like this i have a really short temper but like i said its only some places (work and home) and i cant get over things fast and take things really personally (sometimes)is this bad for me? how can i change it?im 18 and i have some white hair but i dont believe its from stress
