Im magic the gathering is there a foil for sliver queen, heartstone, Ashnod's Altar and Acidic sliver?

and for the sliver queen im not sure but the promo one seems to not have the 7/7 that the stronghold sliver queen has but if im wrong and it does directme to a site were i can find that out

Well, regular foil sets were available on Urza's Legacy and ongoing expansion sets. Early foils could be get only as promotional cards on pre release tournaments. The first one was on Tempest.

The only way to find a foil sliver queen would be to check the different foil promos printed. With the amount of FNM foils and tournament prize foils, i wouldn't be surprised if there is a foil sliver queen.

No.  Foils started with Urza's Legacy.  Unless they were prizes, there are no foils of those cards.
