1. Did you see the challenge that Jen did on HGTV design star with her sister's dining/ living room? If you didn't you can catch the video on HGTV too. It was episode 7 of this season

let me find you a link to the room.

  2. OMG that is going to be soooo cute and I just know it!! I have no web sites.. =( srry, but I have encouragement!! That is going to look so awesome!! GOOD LUCK!! XP ^ . ^ =P

  3. green walls?

i would probably go for a fruity design (lemons, limes, ect.) and some paint splatters.

but that is a really good looking room

  4. ha ha! that is so funny because you see I am trying to do the exact same thing and tried to use that same picture to inspire me. I know it is so hard to get it right. I started planning my design out about two weeks ago and I am still doing it. So here is what I am doing, I think of everything I like, the from that I think of everything I could include in my wall. Then I research, get everything together and draw draw draw! I have about twenty ideas done so far but I'm a bit of a perfectionist so I want to have a really cool looking design. If you want an original design(like me), then that is what you have to do.

A thing that really helped me is Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, because I could get an image and change it around to help give me ideas for my mural.

Ok so Ideas for you. Since your walls are green, I suggest you stick to an organic theme, so you could have lots of swirling flowers and vines, that sort of thing. Silver wouldn't really go with that so I think the best colours to go with that would be a mix of shades of green and white, maybe with some black for different things. Keep your idea simple, like this for example: http://thumbs.dreamstime.com/thumb_205/1...

See, it's just black and white, not too many colours. Sketch it out first, if it doesn't look good on paper, It probably wont look good on your wall.

Ok, well hope this helps you, = )
