10/10 if you planned to make only an elemental hero deck.

7/10 if it was supposed to be for mixed .

add some legendary  or stronger like red-eyes, blue-eyes , god cards

use elemental hero stratos, 3x e-emergency call, 3x elemental hero prisma, 2x reinforcement of the army, 3x polymerization (or 3x fusion gate), take out pot of greed (banned), take out all neos and neos alius as its not needed in a e-hero fusion deck (unless using rainbow dragon) ... hope this helps

Bubble Blaster should go out. Chances are you'll have trouble setting up the combo. Same with Spark Blaster.

Get rid of Necroshade or Bladedge, or add a Foolish Burial for dumping Necro.

HERO Flash will almost never work, and is often a dead draw.

Same with Feather Shot

Neos is definitely out. It only works in a Neos deck. Same with Alius.

Get some more Poly+Miracle Fusion.

Replace Skyscraper with something like United We Stand

Get a King of the Swamp. Would you rather fuse Sparkman with a hard to get Flare Wingman or a three-star monster that can work as a substitute?

To replace your tossed out monsters, use common monster staples like Breaker, Sangan, and Spirit Reaper.

If you can, get a Stratos.

Replace Heated Heart/Reinforcement with Emergency Call.

Add Mystical Space Typhoon, Dust Tornado, Heavy Storm, etc to help kill face down threats.
