  1. No eggs - in a skillet on medium heat or grilled on the grill.

You can bake them I'm sure - people bake bacon, LOL

  2. I don't add egg, but i do add minced onion, parsely salt pepper, garlic powder or grill seasoning (my favorite is mccormick montreal steak season)  and then I usually grill but it it's not the time of year for that I would fry

  3. beef burgers as in hamburgers...

For hamburgers, ground beef, salt and pepper.

Now way would I add an egg...  You might as well make meatloaf.

  4. no eggs and i fry or grill it

  5. I'll tell you how me and my dad make them.

We barbeque them or grill them once made.

All we do is get a mixing bowl, add mince, grate onions on to it, mix it using hands, make them in to burger shapes and voila. Easy as burgers :)

  6. Ingredients

    For the burger

540g/1lb 3oz minced beef chuck steak

    25g/1oz chopped coriander

    1 onion, chopped

    1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 free-range egg yolk    ADD EGG!!!

    1 tbsp olive oil

salt and freshly ground black pepper

    To serve

    4 slices mature Cheddar

    4 tbsp mayonnaise

    ½ iceberg lettuce, shredded

    4 ciabatta rolls

    1 red onion, sliced

    1 beef tomato, sliced

    Method

    1. Place all the burger ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to combine. Using your hands, shape into four equal-sized patties.

    2. Preheat the   !GRILL!    to hot. Cook the burgers under the grill for 15 minutes, or until cooked through, turning once.

    3. Top each burger with a slice of cheese towards the end of the cooking time.

    4. Before serving, mix together the mayonnaise and lettuce. Cut the ciabatta rolls in half and toast under the grill on both sides.

    4. Top the bottom halves of the ciabatta rolls with the lettuce and mayonnaise, followed by a slice of tomato.

    5. Arrange the burger and cheese on top of the ciabatta, followed by a slice of red onion. Top each burger with the other halves of the ciabatta rolls and serve.

  7. no eggs but i do add onion and cook it in the oven its a lot healthier

  8. I add an egg white - that's all - some people add a little flour.

It's up to you really. Either is good and then gently fry them or put in the oven - matters not

  9. An egg is used for binding the contents together, and I would always grill mine!

  10. No eggs- that's only for meatloaf. I would definitely grill them. Meat has a lot of fat in it and by grilling, you will render some of the fat out, but you will still have a juicy burger.

  11. Crush together about 80 percent meat (either beef or turkey) meat with 20 percent bread (broken or cut into small pieces), add a little salt and pepper, and squeeze them into the required shape. Lightly oil them with vegetable oil, and grill both sides for about five minutes each. If using turkey, adding a little cranberry sauce is excellent. These burgers taste so much better than fast food! Use white bread for the ingredients... Enjoy!!!!

  12. no egg. just some worcestershire and seasonings, and don't overwork the meat or it will be tough

grill on pit outside, or fry in skillet inside; no oven.  flip only once and don't mash/press while cooking

  13. No defiantly no eggs.

But with the burger... you COULD put the burger in the oven, but by experience, frying the burger makes it have almost like a juicier taste and definitely turns up as a richer meat rather than in the oven

  14. DEFINATLY EGG. Use wholemeal bread - a touch of milk - add your minced steak- splash worcestershire sauce- sprinkle of flour - some finely grated onion - lots fresh chopped parsley - lots grated b pepper and salt - and a CHICKEN OXO cube and some tomato puree.  Mix by hand vigourously. FOR AN EVEN BETTER burger ADD plenty grated PARMESAN CHEESE to the above mix - YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!!!!

  15. I always use a beaten egg and then add a wee bit of flour to "dry" the mixture out a bit. Grilling is better as it cooks the burger slower than frying. I have fried my burgers before and find that the outside burns and the inside is still pretty raw. Mmm, you've put me in the mood for one!!

  16. No eggs, although I will occasionally add spice to the meat before forming the patties.

I usually put my burgers on the grill, but I've also tried them in the broiler (but that was WAY messy...don't recommend it).    My mother always used to fry them in a frying pan or on a griddle....depending on how many she was having to make.
