Im making broccoli rabe and sausage.. should I slice the sausage into rounds or peel it and crumble?

peeling and crumbling looks much classier

I believe that the sliced sausage looks to much better when serving, looks much more professional and not thrown together.

For this recipe, I would slice the sausage links, that way you could easily have a bite of both, instead of having crumbled sausage all over your plate with that beautiful Broccoli Raab laying on top.  I hope you enjoy your dinner!
