I GOT an aproval notice for an unmarried son 21 or over but then i got a letter from the uscis that i was a IR2 relative last month how much will it take till my appt.. PLEASE ANSWER......

unfortunately, since you're from mexico, it will take a very loong time before a visa number becomes available...  when you look at the approval of the i130, look at the "priority date" it gave you...then go to this website and this website will give you a rough idea of when a visa number will become available for you:

scroll down and read where it says FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCES.  check out what category you're in.

then scroll down and the first table you see is what you want to check out monthly...look for your category and then under Mexico and this will give you an idea when you will be able to apply for an adjustment of status (meaning apply for a greencard)... let me warn you that as you check back monthly, the dates may not go up nicely. it may stay on the same date for months or even go backwards...

If you mum is US citizen you should be Half Mexican....
