Im moving out in a few weeks to a rented place. Has anyone got any advice?

Just wanted to find out if there was any specifics that i should say/ask/do?

Document everything!  Take photos before you move in, so that you will have proof when you move out of the condition.  Take notes of every little thing that is wrong with the apartment, and take photos and videos if you can.  The landlord will always try and ding you when you move out, and you need the proof that it was already in that condition when you moved in.

Also, when dealing with your landlord, make sure everything is in writing, with return receipts.
