Im moving soon and i need help?

I live in a horrible area and my lease is up soon and im searching for a good area to live in. I'm really trying to get out of the whole apartment thing but if i fond one thats big and is in a good area with a decent price then there will be no problem but i would like more of like a condo house or duplex and ill be renting it. I have 2 cats so i need a place that accepts cats. I can pay up to 925 a month and im searching in the sacramento/placer county area. If anyone knows a website that i can look at or good areas in those county please let me know thanks!

Your target rent is too low for a nice place. And the cats narrow your options considerably.  You may have to rent a room in a house.
