Why not have a look at the casual/part time jobs advertised on Gumtree. Or you could advertise your services there, it's free.

Alternativly do what my son did. He bought a set of electric hedge cutters from B+Q for £40 and went round asking people if they wanted their hedges cut. He was making £250 a day.

you wont get employed at any job like sainsburys or Woolworth's or anything because you're not 16 and haven't got your national insurance number yet, but you could phone up newspaper companys like the yellow advertiser for a paper round, or ask in your local shops. Also, look for little cafe's and ask in them, or even hairdressers, seeing as they own their own little shop they can empoy you to clean or do simple jobs like that!
