Question

Whats the best way to use eyeliner

What eyeshadows go best with my eyes (greenish gray)

And what else should I use to make me look fabulous

Idk if itll help but I have dark brown hair and fair skin tone

If u have darker eyes, use a lighter shadow. if u have lighter eyes, use a darker shadow. Dont use to much eyeliner because it would over power ur face. U can try using a deep colored shadow and smudge it into ur lashes to create the eyeliner effect, but not as harsh. Be sure to have powder that matches ur skin tone. Using a bronzing blush can make ur skin have a glow to it. Then all u need is a peachy pink colored gloss and ur all set! Just remember to keep it natural. Hope this helps!!

try a light purple eyeshadow on the eyelid only

the purple will make green eyes pop!

I would do a black liquid liner on top. Wet n' wild is really good and its about $2.50 for the liquid.  Then black pencil on the bottom which runs at about 99 cents for Wet n' wild.

Consider starting with a peach color for your eyeshadow. Peach can be darker or lighter, depending on your specific needs. Place it on the eye lid to start. Next, add a light brown over the top of the peach. Be very light with this color as it is just to enhance the peach and define the eye. You can also change this up with a little hit of rose colors that will further define the peach

take a brown-black eyeliner pencil and trace a line from the inner corner of your eye to the outer corner, going slightly thicker as you go outwards. draw the line slightly past the end of your eye. then on the bottom, start at the outer corner and work in, only going about 1/4 inch. the brown-black won't look weird on your skin/eye tone, but a solid black will overpower you. if the brown-black is still too dark, try brown. don't forget mascara! :)

Use a tinted moisturizer all over, it will give you some color but still leave you looking natural, if you're oily use a little loose powder - apply it with a big, fluffy brush, for fair skin stick to light-peach tones for blush, and then a clear lipgloss or tinted chapstick.
