Pur you disc or usb storage device in, you will then see

Drives on your computer

Click on the device either d or usb

it will show you your file

Right click on file

and save to whereever you want

there its done.

Microsoft office/ "word" would be normal / all offices have it....

...but you could turn your doc into a PDF file (if you have the appropriate software!) then no one can "change" any of the details... but stick to word, its so common place,.

if you're having troubles with a word doc,. when uploading check the FILE SIZE,. if its too big that could cause you problems, equally if you're hearing back from agencies that they cannot open your files perhaps add the extension(if its not there already/some computers 'hide' extensions)  so .doc  in fact on that note, be wary of file names, keep short and avoid anything complicated,. (best stick to your name!) avoid any fancy accents or dashes and slashes -/~' if you need use UNDERSCORE _ only!
