Im new to guitar world and need help

im hoping to buy a new guitar by the end of the month and have some friends that will accompanying with guitar lessons but i dont know what kind to buy any suggestion ? humbucker ,fretboard

MIM Fender strat with rosewood fretboard. Should cost you around 400 dollars.

depends on your budget. you can get a starter guitar and amp for around $200-$300 at guitar center or San Ash. Fender is a good brand.

Get at least 2 pick ups on the guitar for versatility in tone.

Bottom line try different guitars at the store or through classifieds get the one that just 'feels' and sounds right.

a good guitar to start with is the classic one with nylon strings. don't get steel strings if you're a beginner. it will really hurt your hand so much. you don't want that when you start coz you will eventually stop playing coz your fingers hurt so much. play safe! have fun! :)

I would recommend getting a squire strat or tele there is virtually no difference to a fender apart from the have squire on the head and are made in china the whole phrase on the head board is squire by fender so there is virtually no difference just the place it was made it will also be cheaper

but your best bet is to go to a shop to pick out one you like the sound and feel of and what the guy said about nylon strings over steel is true but on an electric steel is the way to go and you want to feel like a rock star don't you i would also recommend getting some spar strings cause you will break your e string a few times while you get  used to tuning

Aria make a good selection, they're affordable if you pick up a second hand one, yet are quite rare.

The sound out of them is second to none (I cant tell the difference between them and a Fender Strat)

Obviously if you want the cream of the crop, go for a Gibson or something, but of course this depends on your money!

My favorite guitar I have is most definately my Aria.

Aria Pro II Magna Series, in volcanic ash wood...... s*x with strings.
