school is starting soon and i want to know some easy tips/ways i can keep off/get rid of those sneaky extra pounds! :|

    Keep in mind that it's totally normal for your weight to fluctuate by several pounds per day based on many different factors.  The best way to get a clear idea of your average weight is to weigh yourself at the same time every day.  Decide your condition based more on how your clothes fit you than on your weight, since the number can vary daily.

  3. Avoid complex carbs and refined sugars.  Eat more protein and excercise.  You should lose the weight in no time.  

  4. Just work out really,Drink water.

    Starving yourself will make things worse.

    And eat healthy.

  5. Simple really. Do a little more exercise everyday, and eat a little less (or maybe swap some snacks with fruit for example). And NEVER starve yourself (been there, done that, gained 20lbs after).

  6. exercise daily for 30 minutes and eat healthy foods ONLY. Dont get obsessed but eat 1800 calories a day (amount for excercising women.) You might just be growing. just eat healthy foods and youre set.
