Im not feeling results from my training anymore

this summer ive been running 5 miles everyday mon-friday but now its like i dont feel anything when im done with the work out,im a sprinter so i dont know if adding distance will hurt me but what should i do

  1. Some interval training, start going for a couple of minutes kicking your butt, then lifting your knees, taking really long strides, going side ways anything you can think off to make you're heart beat faster.

    If you're not too embarassed to do it take a skipping rope and every few meters stop an skip as fast as you can then carry on running.

It's probaby beacus your body is use to  the same ol' training... if you push your self a little more then you should probably feel the burn like you use to.. just do more miles.. try 7 miles and if you only do 50 push-ups do 70... it shouldn't hurt you unless your not eating at all and just trainig... you'll be fine

  3. well running five miles a day is building endurance in you and now you dont feel much cause it shows youre improving on it...do some striders(100 meter sprints) after your run to stay intact with your speed

  4. i mena if ur not feeling like u have workout then its ur body getting use to the same workout.so it's good ur running 5 mile but it will hurt u because ur work in slow twich muscles for a sprinter u need to work fast twich muscles so if u gonna countinue to run long distance switch it up run 2 and 3 miles runs at a faster pace i guess email me for more workouts
