Im not getting fire from my distributor what to do?

i have a 93 honda civic 1.5 4dr dx non vtech i was takin off from a stop sign in first gear when my lights was blinking an my rpm gauge was bouncing back an fourth so i got home an i let my car run it had like a mis so i pulled the second spark plug wire out an it started to kill so right before i could put the wire back it killed then i put it back an now all it does is turn over im getting fuel but no fire what could be the problem

  1. Pull the distributor cap off and make sure the rotor did not fall off...a little bolt holds it on like 7 or 8mm head...i have seen several of these motors do this...if that is the case replace the rotor and cap for good measure...Good luck


  2. those cars are notorious for the distributor assembly going out. buy a distributor. i have changed literally a hundred of them for the same problem.  the distributor has all circuitry for the spark on that 1.5

  3. you may have a faulty ignition control module
