Question:

Im not hungry, but should i still eat anyways?

im somewhat on a diet, but not really, just trying to lose a couple lbs but not much.

i diet healthfully, i dont deprive myself of anything. but one of the weight loss tips thing was "do not eat until your full, eat until your satisfied" and ive been following that, and at the moment im not hungry at all. but i just counted up my calorie intake for the day and its only about 700 calories which is under the healthy minimum calorie intake.

im not hungry, but should i still eat something anyways so my calorie intake for today will come up to 1200?

  1. I would not eat at this late but tomorrow eat more.


  2. No, you shouldn't eat because you might get into a habit of eating when your not hungry and that could lead to extra weight. Don't eat anything else today but make up for it tomorrow and eat more calories then.

  3. Yeah it's not like the end of the world, but I think it would be good to get a couple of extra calories in. Maybe try something you enjoy that has a lot of calories like ice cream!

    Enjoy your self cause obviously you are not eating much at 700 calories at 11pm, so go ahead :D

  4. You're more likely to gain weight if you eat after 9:00. I would have a light snack because 700 is a little low. It wouldn't kill you not to eat if you aren't hungry, but it's whatever you feel like.

  6. if trying to be healthywuth it and gain weight ad on sum muscles then yes you shall eat other than that it's a big no no

  7. Don't eat that late in the day, unless you're not planning on sleeping for another hour. Your body won't have time to digest your food. And if you're not hungry, I wouldn't eat.
