im somewhat on a diet, but not really, just trying to lose a couple lbs but not much.
i diet healthfully, i dont deprive myself of anything. but one of the weight loss tips thing was "do not eat until your full, eat until your satisfied" and ive been following that, and at the moment im not hungry at all. but i just counted up my calorie intake for the day and its only about 700 calories which is under the healthy minimum calorie intake.
im not hungry, but should i still eat something anyways so my calorie intake for today will come up to 1200?
