im not illegal staying here i have B1B2 visa and ive been here since nov.14,when i get married how long it gonna takes to get a social security number or a work permit cause i wanna work as soon as posible.

You cannot receive a ssn unless you are a legal citizen of this country.

If you were given a 6-month stay, you are already very close to the end of your stay.  Getting married at this point will be a rather transparent attempt to remain in the US, and will not help your situation.  Best for you to return to the Philippines (or Japan), and have your fiance petition for a K-1 or K-3 visa for you and do it properly.
