  1. Which one are you more passionate about?  Talent is important, but what's the use in playing a sport that you don't really enjoy?

If you really, really can't decide, go out for both teams. If you make them both, decide then which one you want to play. You might tick off the coach of team that you reject, but at least you'll be satified in whatever choice you make.

I would suggest trying out for everything myself! Good Luck!

  2. One thing is for sure.  You will never know if you don't try.

  3. You should be on the golf team because not many people are good at golf like other sports.

  4. I say Go for it.  There is no hurt in trying.  If you try out, then you'll see if your good enough to be on the team.  I guess it's all about seeing what you the best at or what your good at.  Good luck! =)

  5. Do something or you will be bored all the time.  Go out there and make something of yourself or at least have some fun.

  6. I would definitely suggest getting involved in something - for your college application, for a mental break from school, and to make friends.

What do you shoot for 9 or 18 holes, and compare that to what you think the kids on the team shoot.  If you think you will be in the top 6, go for it.  If not, decide if you want to play jv, or use this year to practice, or if you want to do something else.

  7. Well, if you don't have any activities, this will look bad on your college application.  Don't let this ruin your chance of getting into the college of your choice.

  8. Join the golf team.

  9. scholarships apps...it helps

  10. go for it...

it looks good on college applicaitons...and you make new friends

  11. I would have to say Go for it. I know for a fact that College Coaches look for people who are more than one sport athletes. shows they are athletic and are able to maintain grades and extracurricular activities as well. I know this because we have a college in our town and our coaches say this is one thing they look for. they say that if there are two people with equal talents, they will go with the person who participated in more sports in high school. I say "Just Do It."

  12. if youre really good at golf like you say...why not play?
