so for the past 2 years ive played softball for my school. my freshman year was my first year every playing softball, and ive really improved.

but I'm not sure if i want to go through all of the conditioning and practices again because they work us really hard and i always feel dizzy and dehydrated.

i enjoy the game, and the competition, but its not my passion. i really dont want to let my team down, but im not sure if i should continue playing.

what should i do?

  1. Okay. Heres what i would do. I would quit the team.Tell your team that your just not into the sport any more and that its not fair to them to have a team mate thats into the sport anymore and that you would only be letting them down if you were still on the team.

  2. 1. IF ITS NOT WHAT YOU WANT DONT DO IT DONT WORRY ABOUT LETTING others down they might be a bit dissapointed but theyl get over it

    2. if your worried bout the whole dehidrated an dizzy thing than just drink more water? take a tylenol before pracktise

  3. Maybe give it a go for a couple more training sessions and bring a power drink with you.

Come early, warm up and stretch.

Its fine for it to be a hobby!

  4. If softball isn't your passion, you should find a another game to play. They're many games that are tons of fun and have all the joys competition can offer. Plus, a good team wouldn't want you to let yourself down.

And if your feeling dizzy and dehydrated, it's probably because of you diet.

  5. just keep playing you'll be fine

  6. dont give up because of slight discomfort.

stick with it you will be happy with your decision in the end.  also, it looks great on a college application.  it shows you can work hard and stick with stuff.

  7. please yourself , that way someones happy
