Im not sure if im flirting?

i have a friend i talk to online a lot

and i told my friend how i talk to him

and he said im flirting

i like to mess with him, like make fun of him and say mean things to him even though i dont mean it, but we both laugh about it.

is it considered flirting?

I guess the real question is if there are any feelings to back it up or not.
