how can you wear a tampon?

do you just put it in and then take it out whenever? or what?

ive had my period for about 2 years, and i was never sure about tampons?

you just slide it in. it depends on whether you have cardboard or plastic. and take it out every 4-6 hours. you can sleep with it in for 8.

Read the instructions....put it in, take it out in a couple of hours, put in another.....

don't wear it for more than 6-8 hours I don't worry it took me a few tries to get it in the 1st time and after that it was a breeze.

Whenever you buy a box there is instructions on how to insert it. It may be difficult your first time, but once you get the hang of it - you'll never want to go back to pads!

well if ur a virgin i wouldnt use a tampon because they expand wen there inside so they can cacth the blood and it hurts wen u pul them out, only if ur a virgin tho.....but if not, all u do is insert it in and push it up using ur fingers or if u have the oned with an applicator just push it in till the applicator is all the way in then push the tampon up, they need to b changed every 4-8 hours depending on how much u bleed dont use them continuously becasue there is athe risk of TSS u need to read about all of this!

Yeah, follow the instructions, then once you do it a few times you'll get used to it, and they are sooo much better than pads. So much cleaner.

& you will have to change it in 1-8 hours, but you'll also have to time when it is full, which if you bleed heavy could be within 2 hours or less and if you don't bleed heavy you could have it in for the maximum amount of hours.

try starting with a regular, and work your way up to bigger sizes if needed.

The tampon box comes w/ instructions(and pictures).Change your tampon at least every time you go to the bathroom.

look at the paper that comes with the box.

i prefer plastic becuz cardboard can be hard to move.

depending on ur flow depends how long u should elave it in

genreally the heavier the period the less amt of time u want to leavei t in also depends on the tampon size

no longer than 8 hours though

my best advice is to get a box with the three or four different sizes read the instructions and you'll figure it out and get a box of pads incase.
