It could be. They keep saying that he would be connected to PC somehow so this could be it. But, Guza is already going back on promises he made, bc he had said the whole Olivia thing was not his story, it was during the writers strike and that he would never, ever use it, that Kate knew no Olivia and well look, Olivia is mentioned again.It has also been said that Spin's dad would be someone bad enough that he would ask Jason to keep quiet.

I hope not.  Spinelli does not need any manufactured ties to anyone else on canvas.  The writers should focus on building the relationships that already exist, not arbitrarily throwing together new ones.
