Im off to the riu caribe in cancun for two weeks on 12th aug?

I went there last year - the hotel is amasing. it is out of this world. Make sure you go to the club coco bongo. The best nightclub in the world. But it is not your normal nightclub - has live shows and everything. it is amasing!!!!!!!!

I was there last year and it was incredible.

You have to visit Xcaret and the ruins.  

I recommend you the page www.visitmexico.com  

If you don't like the big hotels and very touristic places, you also can stay in Playa del Carmen that is very close to Cancun (20 minutes) and is cheaper and more "hippie".    But in Cancun you have everything for all tastes.

Hi there let me know how it is ok? I am going there with my family in November. (daughters 11 and 14)Did a quick trip to Cancun in May 2005, with a girlfriend...Mostly just beaching and shopping and a trip to Xel-ha (don't bother with the snuba there) this time going for 8days 7nights...cannot wait, staying at the RiuCaribe, decided on that one because the pool looked excellent.  Have a great time!!!!

It's about half and hour from the airport, they have 5 excellent restaurants, The Steak house being my fav!  Upgrade to the Junior suite if you can it's well worth it.  Sorry just got back again, next one in a few weeks.
