Im old, and wanna get fit!?

I am 81 years of age and I ruined my body.

I have terrible stretch marks and I have some fat on me. I have fat hanging down from my neck aka "Gobble"

Whats an easy way to be thin and sort of hot?

Is foot tapping a good exercise?

Is squinting good for the eyes?

Please help me!!

Hey You can try well maybe like bend and touch ur feet. and then do a jumping jack after each one. it starts to burn your thighs and your tummy and ur arms so you can loose a lot of body fat quick if you do 50 in the mornig 30 in the afternoon and then 50 or more at night. It works so good luck =)


  2. Try this when you go to bed at night just before you go to sleep relax and talk to your subconscious and ask it to show you how to fix up your body one thing at a time.Keep doing this every night until you get an answer, it's the mind that controls the body.
