  1. Cheerios or raisin bran with fat free milk

  2. yeah i diet too and for breakfast everyday i have an apple with a bowl (1 cup measured) of kashi 7 whole grains puffed with 1 cup of skim milk init....and if i am still hungry after eathing that, which i usually am, ill hvae either a kashi TLC bar or a yogurt, or a couple egg whites, or a piece of light bread (35 calories) with a tbs of peanut butter onit...

so basically the cereal and apple are always the same, but then the third item i mix it up a bit, because a carb is a carb, a calorie is a calorie, and fat is fat (generally speaking) no matter what food form it is in

  3. yogurt... fruit and yogurt... cereal

  4. yogurt, fruit cup, wheat toast with vegan garden and jam, high fiber cold cereal with soy milk, bagel with toffuti better than cream cheese, leftover soy cheese pizza...

It is important to consume most of your calories earlier in the day.  You can have more calories at breakfast because you will have the whole day to work them off.

  5. Soygurt with some granola or nuts.

Spread nut butter (thinly, I guess) on wheat toast or crispbreads and layer with a sliced banana.

Yes, nut butters have fat, but it's the healthy fat you need.  Nuts are also a good source of protein.  Make sure you get nut butters that don't have any ingredients but the nuts themselves--no hydrogenated oils or anything.

  6. You can have a yogurt and fruit salad, or make a thick fruit smoothie using a bit of greek yogurt or any other yogurt to thicken it up. You could have turkey bacon, there are some real low calorie ones out there. Go to www.hungry-girl.com it's a lifesaver, believe me.

  7. fresh fruit, non-fat yogurt

Scrambled egg whites with onions, peppers, tomato, and tofu in a tortilla (occasionally I will add one(!) thin piece of bacon, or lean turkey breast instead of the tofu)

Almond butter, banana, yogurt smoothie (sometimes, if i'm being bad, I'll put a spoonful of dark chocolate, just a little bit though)
