So i usually eat about 900-1000 calories a day. I eat healthy foods. I cut out all the soda, junk, fats. I wanna loose 40+ pounds. How long will this take? I also do an alright amount of exercise.

  1. You should lose a decent amount of weight in no time. You're definitely on the right track, or so it seems to me. If you want additional help, organic supplements could be useful, too.

  2. You should give this product a shot. It's called Acai Berry and it's new on the market, but already endorsed by people like Oprah! I just ordered a free 14-day trial from this site.. do it today! you won't regret it!

  3. The way you're going, you should be done with your diet in about half a year. That's not a good thing all the time, though. You're body needs a little more than just 900-1000 calories a day. And by a little more, I mean around at least 500 more. Especially if you're throwing in exercise into the mix. You'll still lose weight quickly, because if you're 40 pounds overweight, changing your lifestyle like this will cause you to lose weight.

Trust me, I'm recovering from anorexia, and sometimes I don't even want to take my own advice. But it's just safer, healthier, and better for our bodies to take it a little slower. Think about it: if you're 40 pounds overweight now, then you must've had pretty bad eating habits before. Suddenly cutting back may give you instant results, but you might start binging because you miss your old foods. Or, you might become anorexic, as these are early signs of a budding anorexic.

  4. You're on the right track!! Just don't forget you're proteins! Don't just eat salad and fruit, you still need you're carbs.

  5. You're actually not eating enough calories. You need to consume a minimum of 1200 calories a day, otherwise your metabolism will slow down. But your eating habits sound fine, and it's good that you're doing exercise, just make sure to keep some resistance training in, otherwise you won't lose fat, you'll lose muscle.

  6. That is low calories, and with exercise you should do well.  Stay Healthy!  xox
