Im on a diet.My upper body is getting too skinny!while my lower body isnt AT ALL?

MY upper body is getting almost bony!! I was on a low calorie diet because of my heavy lower body.I cycle everyday 40 to 60min.my lower body is getting in shape little by little but still not quite there yet.But my upper body is getting disgustingly skinny!! what should i do???

  1. cycling is a cardio...where are the toning exercises??


  2. I have the same problem. my upper body's EXTREMELY skinny, I'm not even kidding it looks exactly like a guys and I don't have any fat on my upper body. But then my legs look like those gymnasts who participated in the olympics this year.

    i tried bouncing up and down an exercise ball everyday for 2 hours while watching TV and I found out my legs got a little skinnier after a week.


  3. if the body is not getting in shape uniformly, the diet might be either not well balanced for good weight loss or may be not properly administered weight loss program.

    Good weight loss programs careful combines good diet and light exercises, not too much to stress up the person.
