so iv been on a low almost no carb diet for the past 2 weeks, ecept on like 2 days or so, but for the whole 2 weeks i ate no sugar (swwets, chocolate). i ate fruits and veggies and all of that,

however, as some people also do, i gave into my craving today and ate like 3 slices of bread, had potatoes for dinner and icecream and chocolate for dessert, along with honey during the day and candy. (i had healthy food as well such as fruits and eggs and tomoatoes and scuh) but thats the BAD food i ate.

i feel terrible and disgusting. i was so angry at myself i wanted to make myself throw up but i didnt cause im not crazy enough to become belimic..

but im curious, after losing around 5 pounds maybe a tad bit more, will i gain it back from what i ate today? cause compared to how much i ate during my diet, todayw as like a truck load of food.

ugh.

  1. No No !! Don't throw up. I understand how you feel. I have done this many times. Try writing down everything that you ate, try to approximate how much you ate and look up the calories. You may come up with alot of eaten, but dont worry, it will pass out of your body. Try to exercise as long as you can, even if you got to box and run in place in your living room. That will burn some of the calories. Just drink water for the rest of the day or veggies if you get a little hungry later. You deserve to be thin. I wouldnt do low carb for more than two days if you are a carb person. (That's me for sure) You should make up a diet plan, low in calories to allow you to eat what you like in small portions. I have been doing this since May 12, along with exercise and I have lost 35lbs.

  2. I am on such a strict diet also from my trainer and I did cheat on it before, and nothing major happened.  I felt like c**p for a day or two, however get to the GYM, or walk off those extra carbs! You WILL feel so much better if you exercise it off!

  3. You should be ok. And yes, cravings get the best of us.

Just excercise before you go to sleep, or if it's too late into the night, excercise like h**l tomorrow.

    Good luck :)
