Question:

Im on a soccer team, but ima slow runner and not as fit. Steroids are NOT an option how can i improve?

  1. well def. start running long distants cause thats gonna help ur endurance but whats actually probably more benefiting would be to go to a local track. sprint the straightaways (a 100) then walk (or jog) the curves. cause soccer is mostly sprinting and jogging/walking

  2. ha! same problem.  I'm going to start running 5-6 miles everyday (I'm going to start out at 2 though)

    I've also been juggling for maybe an hour or so every night

    and I'm also going to start working on stamina (while I'm sprinting, because I tire very fast)
