  1. If they are acting lazy, try some constructive criticism.  Or tell your coach.  Try to be polite, and make it seem like you want the best for your team.

  2. ugh that sounds like my team.... just do everything you can to get them excited and instill that winning spirit

actually i was like that toward the end of my school season but i kept trying to get excited and work hard because i didn't want to be the weak link on my team.

  3. say if he wins group hug in the showers lol jk just talk to him he mighthave some thing going on in this world

  4. That's a common problem on a lot of highschool teams or any teams I suppose. If they have that attitude and are sitting on the bench, ignore 'em. If they're stinking up the floor, call a team meeting or address them personally but very calmly and not accusingly. If you decide the team meeting which is usually better, just address the concern of how much you personally want to win and that you feel some aren't as enthusiastic and that you'd love to help them get more in the spirit. If you address them personally, they'll probably be angry that you're  trying to tell them how to feel about the sport but still, it just may sink in that they can be a little happier that they're even on the team or put the spark in their head that maybe they should quit and find something they enjoy more. Be sure to find out why they feel that way though and do anything you can to reverse it. If it gets so bad that they drag the whole team down then address the coach and tell him/her that you don't want them off the team but if maybe they can talk to them and fix their attitude a little. Good luck, hope he/she gets in the spirit. :]

  5. Get that person laughing at practice.

Then push them to work harder.

Finally, wear your competitiveness on your sleeves.

  6. tell them to either play like u wanna win or quit. cuz they r only gonna hurt the team, which may cause yall to lose

  7. Encourage them make them want to come tease them not too much just a little so they look foward to coming and they want to come

    welcome them

  8. see if one day they can do a practice and see if that would get them in the sprit!

  9. keep their spirits up all the time and encourage them....tell them good job on a play..and make sure you're not correcting them or that you're not ever upset with yourself or your teammates. show good sportsmanship!

  10. Talk to the coach at practice or tell them if you want to play you got to work hard. If that doesn't work push them in front of a bus!(JK)

  11. Awwwww Hello,,,,, Dont play with them anymore,If your a winner  get winning, or get a life.
