idont think they would bother..but so they wont see you when to myspace try using vtunnel.com to get to myspace or just search it in yahoo and click the link, it wont show..well youll have it in your history but try erasing the history..

hmm i dont no about the police but when my parents ground me an tell me i cant go on myspace i just go on it anyways and when im done i got to tool go down to internet options then go to clear history an it deletes the history of any website you went to

try to call a friend and see if they can do it for you

they will not get you for going on MySpace, I don't think doing it is a violation either.
