Im on medicare and medicaid.Does these insurances cover clomid?

  1. If I had to guess, I would say no.  However, if you pay yourself it might get you thru the Medicare "donut hole" real fast.

    You'd have to call up Medicare Part D & Medicaid where you live.

    I hope they do.

  3. first of all, how old are you? just wondering because you said you have medicare, which is usually for senior citizens-or people with disabilities or handicaps. that might make a difference in coverage.

    i would say that neither would cover this, but i'm not 100% sure. i do work with these insurances, but am not familiar with the infertility part....the simple solution would be to call a representative in your area and just ask if it is covered in your plan......

    do you know that you need chlomid? did a dr. suggest it to you? just wondering because maybe if it is dr. prescribed it could make a difference in your coverage also.
