Im on pokemon emerald and i got stuck on the elite four help building a new team?

i restarted so i could plan out what pokemon i want before i got so far please tell me some pokemon you used that were realy effective

i already know one that i want bagon then by the time comes it will hopefully be a salamance

Go to the place where raqauza is(south west of sotopolis) and use your master ball to catch it.

its at lvl 70 and was kill the elite four in minutes.

blaziken, salamence,i actually got hold of a kingdra which is probably the most helpful pokemon as nothigns really super effective. get a pokemon with ice i would say get an electric pokemon like electrike and level it up

You can try the following:

Swampert ( Earthquake, Brick Break, Hyper Beam, Surf/Ice Beam). Swampert has slow speed but great attack, so earthquake and hyper beam is almost a must in order to wipe out most pokemon.

Salamence ( Dragon Claw, Rock Slide, Fly/aerial ace, Brick Break/ hyper beam). Salamence is a more powerful version of swampert with a h**l lot of speed and attack but with few more weakness and weaker defense,

Metagross ( Meteor Mash, Psychic, Earthquake, Hyperbeam/Ice punch/thunderpunch) Metagross is good at both attack or sp. attack, anything fit it will do quite well. It has good defense and sp.defense but lack in speed.

Gardervoir ( Psychic, Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball/Hypnosis, Dream Eater<only if you have hypnosis>/ice punch/fire punch) Perharps is the most powerful and classic psychic pokemon, it has undeniable strong sp.attack, shadow ball can took out ghost type and fire punch wipe out the bugging bugs. Psychic and thunderbolt take out most pokemon out of the equation.

Lanturn ( Thunderbolt, Surf, Ice Beam, toxic/rest) Great HP, better than average defense and sp.defense, quite good sp.attack, normal speed. Best of all, it has only 2 weakness grass or ground.

I recommend 5 because i think that the last 1 should your own choice, choose the 1 you think that has the potential.

A good team to choose is this:

Rayquaza that knows Dragon claw, Thunder, Hyperbeam, Fly (or outrage)

Your starter

Flygon that knows Hyperbeam, Dragon claw, Earthquake, and a random move (or salamance that knows dragon moves)

Blaziken, Or machoke, machamp; they must know good fighting moves

Swampert or a strong water type; Must know good water moves like hydro pump, surf etc.

A strong electric type that knows good moves

Strategy for elite 4:

Use Blaziken Or machoke/ machamp on Sydney's dark types.

Use Swampert or water type on Phobie (Water's not super effective but works great)

Use electric, Fire, or fighting types on the third one

Use Rayquaza or flygon/salamance on drake, and use elctric type or any type on champion.

It'll be over in minutes.
