  1. Not legally.  Talk to your PO.

  2. No. just talk to your probation officer.

  3. no, your *** would be sent to jail WHEN they cought you. You must get permission, and good luck getting that! lol, good luck man

  4. Absolutely NOT.

The laws and rules are quite clear.  You are not to leave the country.  Period.

The laws do not state "these laws apply to everyone except {insert name here}"

You can talk with your probation officer about this but if he/she says "NO you may not leave" then that is your answer.

If you do leave the country, a simple probation will turn into a major felony and your days of being free are OVER for a long long time.

You need to weigh out your options.  You're only on probation now but you're "free" at least.

If you break the law and ditch the country and sneak around and get caught, what do you feel about spending several years in jail or prison?  You'll be amongst other criminals and locked in jail cell unable to go anywhere.

Frankly, it's crazy to think that you'd want to risk further jail or prison term just to go "home".

Finish out your probation and then you can go home safely without breaking the law.

  5. Oh yes sure you could! You would also get a free ride back......when they catch you and put you in jail. DON'T do it!

  6. Just best you stay away  - travelling criminals are bad for any country, I wish they would just send those who commit crime home - Go! the Swiss who do not put up with immigrant crime - goodbye and good riddance.

  7. You can, but it is up to your PO
