Its global coz its on the internet but you can set you field of q & a's to UK and Ireland if you scroll down the page on the left hand corner :)

this is supposed to be the site for ireland and uk but for some reason the yanks are always on here too.

'tis a global site because it's on the internet.

There are different versions but anyone can access those too.  If you have a question that you'd only like people from a certain part of the world to answer, I'd specify it within the question.
