Im only 13 years old but i want a job, i need some money and im stuck for ideas can anyone help?

Not sure on how old you have to be in NZ to work in shops.  

But try any supermarkets - department stores such as The Warehouse, Farmers etc.

Any fast food places, McDonalds, KFC etc - they all take on casual staff. - Just walk in and ask !

Smaller takeaway shops, like Pizza, Pasta etc... they are always taking on causel young staff and always in need of kitchen hands....  Hotels another option, or even Motels in your local area for school holidays and weekends cleaning rooms.

im not sure where your at... but in my state they hire kids as young as 14 for fast food.....

Due to NZ law 16 years is the usual age before you can look at finding a part time job at any food outlet or supermarket, you can always ask, they may consider it.

You could always look at starting your own business to make some money. You will need someone of the age of 18 years old to act as a trustee due to the law but it is possible. Talk to your parents or even contact the local business association as they may have information about this.

I started my own business and have enjoyed the challenges it gives that you don't learn working part time, also you can have more fun doing it while making some money.

When I was younger I made woolen scarfs and sold them to several shops, they were impressed and gave me some extra money for the weekends.
