  1. Get advice see a counciller or a "shrink" I think your stressed out in a big way.

Maybee you work or study to many hours or have too many commitments in your life.

Prehaps get a situation to take away stress like a dog or a girlfriend?

    Good luck!

  2. Take time to find your self! I know how you feel I am 22. I feel like it cant get better and I will never do anything with my life but I guess it will either suck for ever or get better

  3. The times today are very hard on young people like us. The baby boomers are retiring and are rich. We young people often measure our success in life in comparison to others. Just remember that they have worked over 30yrs and we can't possible measure up to them. Societal pressures want to teach us how to be, how to look, and how to pretend to be happy (acquiring material things). Concentrate on making yourself and those you love happy. A lot of satisfaction / happiness comes from helping others as well.

  4. It might be an early sign of depression.  When I was around 20 years old I went through a depression, where I just didn't care if I lived or died.  I had no plans on killing myself I just didn't care.  If you think this is it than see a therapist.

It could also be your diet.  Try to eat healthier and had good carbs to your diet.  Good carbs are converted into energy.  I'm currently trying to build up my energy level by trying to keep moving.  Gym, long walks and even doing housework.  I try to limit my sitting still.

    Hope this helps.

  5. Watch what you eat and be sure you are getting enough of all your nutrients. Check with a doctor and tell him/her about your fatigue and ask for some blood work to be sure everything is in balance. Sleep enough to feel rested but not so much that you are groggy all day. Get a little bit of exercise...nothing back breaking, just go for a walk in the sunshine or something. And at the end of the day, make a list of all the happy things you did or saw or felt that day to give you a more uplifted outlook on life.

  6. You sound really depressed to me.  At 20 you should want to grab the world by the balls, not feel like you cannot stand it any more.  That really sucks! :(

See if your general practitioner will give you a referral to a therapist.

  7. You may be pre-diabetic, or have thyroid problems, or vitamin/mineral deficiencies, so have a complete medical checkup, and eat in accordance with your "nutritional type" as shown at www.mercola.com SEARCHBAR.

Moderate exercise, less sugar, and highly processed foods: more wholefoods, non starchy vegetables, and fruit will help.
