Im out of s*x wax can i use candle wax on ma board?

i have candles can i use that instead of s*x wax? or should i not bother?

i guess im not sure.. "wax on ma board"..are you talking about a surfboard? never used s*x wax but i know you can buy specific kinds of was for whatever kind of boarding youre doing.. I am pretty sure you can use candle wax for surfing, though. :)
