Question:

Im out of shape and have to be ready for hard workouts starting tomorrow.?

i was planning on registering for college in july and starting in september, but soccer training has already started. talked to the couch turns out to be my fav. teaacher freshman yr in H.S. i start practices mon. they r mon to thur 4pm-7pm.

i have not worked out in atleast 2 months n even gains 7 pounds.

i ran to my car in a hurry yesterday atleast 200m n my heart was pounding n felt light headed. shows im way out of shape. i was in above average shape months ago. n im scared for tomorrow. any advice or big tips besides drinking alot of water, eating well n stretching....????

or any energy drink recommended??? im almost scared n nervous =( help please please? thank u!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. You might be overreacting because you are nervous.

    Just go to practice and see  how it goes.  If the coach is any good, they know how hard they can work you guys in the first practice.  

    You might do fine.  You might get tired.  Either way, give it  a go.  Even if  you  feel a step slow on day 1, that doesn't mean that you can't still have a great season.  Don't give up, and give  yourself a  fair chance to have some fun.
