Im using two main colors on the opposing walls. What size can and how much should I use

If your room is eight feet tall, you have a total of (8x13) x 4, or 416 square feet to paint.

Most latex paint claims it covers 350-400 square feet per gallon.  But that's only one coat, and you'll almost certainly need two, even if you're painting over white.  So you're probably best off buying a gallon of each color.
